We accept most major insurance plans - please see a partial list below. If you do not see your insurance company listed, feel free to contact the office to ask if your plan is accepted.
Just a few points to keep in mind;
We are a specialist office, if your insurance requires referrals, you will need to contact your PCP to obtain a referral prior to your appointment.
Please bring your insurance card to your first appointment, and plan to arrive a few minutes early to complete your paperwork.

There is a 125.00 consultation fee. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Financing plans are available to cover surgery, anesthesia, and facility fees of cosmetic procedures. Please inquire.
